Description
Panelmatic is hiring an experienced Fabrication Welder Lead to provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance for welding and metal fabrication activities supporting custom control panel assemblies. The role leads daily fabrication operations, performs MIG and TIG welding and metal fabrication, interprets drawings and specifications, inspects work, trains and supports team members, troubleshoots production issues, monitors schedules, and promotes safety and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of welding and metal fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
