The role involves fabricating complex parts and assemblies, improving designs and efficiency, assisting engineers and technicians, training shop users, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining inventory, ensuring a safe collaborative environment, and tracking workflow. The position requires 5+ years of related experience, strong welding and fabrication skills, and proficiency with manual mills and lathes; bonus qualifications include CATIA, CNC, and JIRA.
