Description
The Store Maintenance Technician oversees service calls for assigned stores, changes filters, repairs plumbing and water-heating equipment, performs preventative maintenance, develops maintenance schedules, controls truck-stock inventory, and maintains sanitation. The role requires prior maintenance experience or appropriate training, plumbing licenses, independent travel, flexible scheduling including weekends and overnights, data-entry ability, computer proficiency, customer service, and the ability to relocate to specified zones.
