The role is responsible for preparing facade and roof-cladding specifications, tenders, presentations, shop and installation drawings, material take-offs, quality-control data, and construction details. It requires coordinating technical requirements with clients and headquarters, reviewing structural and building-physics reports, and liaising with contractors, site managers, and architects. The position requires a degree or equivalent advanced qualification in architecture, facade engineering, civil engineering, or a related field, experience in shop and installation planning, AutoCAD proficiency, and knowledge of metal materials, manufacturing feasibility, and building physics.
