Description
TEHORA is seeking a Facade Inspector to review building documents, conduct visual, close-up, tactile, and exploratory inspections of building facades, assess defects, prepare intervention schedules, reports, cost estimates, and remediation recommendations, and verify repairs. The role requires at least 10 years of engineering experience and membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, or relevant training and diplomas, with at least 5 years of facade-safety expertise for buildings with five or more floors. Work may be remote or at client premises, with flexible schedules and a Quebec-based employer.
