Description
The Façade Supervisor will lead onsite brick façade construction, coordinating bricklayers, brickwork accessories installers, window installers, scaffolders, fire barrier installers and other subcontractors. The role plans daily and weekly activities, reviews drawings and specifications, monitors masonry quality and progress, manages materials and site resources, resolves technical and labour issues, ensures health and safety compliance, maintains site records, supports apprentice development, and assists with project handover. Candidates need supervisory bricklaying experience, masonry construction knowledge, drawing interpretation skills, site-management experience, strong leadership and communication abilities, relevant qualifications, a full driving licence, and willingness to travel between project locations.
