Description
The Facilitator will maintain a positive learning environment and deliver in-person and virtual workshops for the PA CareerLink Philadelphia system, supporting customers across workforce programs. Responsibilities include using virtual learning tools and the PHL Career Portal, assisting job seekers with resume writing and critique, tracking service data, participating in meetings, collaborating with staff and clients, and providing functional supervision when appropriate. The role requires experience in training, education, or career development, a team-oriented approach, and strong Microsoft Office skills; a bachelor’s degree in a related field and computer-technology teaching experience are preferred.
