Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Youth Advocate Facilitator to implement evidence-based group interventions for youth and families. The role focuses on group facilitation, curriculum delivery, participant engagement, and program fidelity, while collaborating with program coordinators, clinical directors, and referral partners. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with youth and group facilitation, community-resource knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and reliable transportation; an associate's or bachelor's degree, SNAP knowledge, EHR experience, and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred. The flexible schedule requires availability for afternoon and evening group sessions, and the hourly rate is $19.00.
