Description
Necco is hiring a Wraparound Facilitator to lead families and multidisciplinary teams in a strengths-based, trauma-informed family-planning program. The role manages 8–10 cases, provides assessments and intensive case management, facilitates family and team meetings, coordinates community and natural supports, maintains records and outcome data, and delivers services in home and community settings. Candidates must be at least 21, have a bachelor’s degree in a human-services field, at least two years of experience working with families or children with emotional or behavioral problems, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be willing to travel and complete background checks.
