Description
The Facilities Supervisor supports the Manufacturing Supporting team during the day shift by supervising and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance work for technicians and contractors. The role includes planning and scheduling, GMP and EHS compliance, job-plan and risk-hazard development, change controls, schedule and record management, contractor escorts, invoice verification, and performance-appraisal support. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field is preferred, and the position requires 3 to 5 years of related experience in a GMP/EHS-regulated manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
