Description
The Facilities Manager will oversee operations across the gatehouse, cleaning, landscaping, cafeteria, and woodworking areas; manage supplier and service contracts; develop facility policies and procedures; coordinate with other areas; monitor budgets and expenses; prepare monthly performance reports; ensure safety and environmental compliance; request materials; process invoices; and supervise third-party contractors.
