The role plans and integrates resources for maintaining or improving company assets, coordinates equipment and systems schedules with maintenance and production teams, analyzes maintenance data and reports, maintains work orders and equipment records, manages CMMS or related software, monitors performance KPIs, and recommends continuous improvement initiatives. It requires 6–9 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, with Microsoft Office, Maximo CMMS, Power BI, and SQL experience preferred. The position offers a senior-level pay range of $94,150 to $144,400 and includes health insurance and other benefits.
