Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a Technical Lead to support the oversight and improvement of maintenance, capital works, compliance, facilities services, asset management, and service delivery across its General Fund estate. The role involves analysing performance, reviewing asset and contract outputs, developing recommendations, supporting projects and business cases, and improving risk management and service efficiency. Candidates should have relevant experience in property, facilities management, or building services, along with knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and asset management principles. The position pays £41,777–£43,149 per annum for 37 hours per week and follows a hybrid working model.
