Elevation Church is hiring a Construction and Facilities Project Manager to manage multiple construction and facilities projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role oversees schedules, budgets, scopes, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, contracts, documentation, reporting, and forecasting, while coordinating renovations, campus expansions, infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and life-safety systems across multiple locations. The position requires active church participation, contractor procurement and vendor-management knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with project-management software; experience in ministry or commercial construction is preferred. The role is typically Sunday–Thursday, with Monday–Thursday office hours of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and after-hours and on-call expectations.
