Description
The Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Specialist performs hands-on building, grounds, construction, carpentry, painting, landscaping, welding, and general property maintenance across four scrap yard locations. The role includes routine walkthroughs, preventative maintenance, repair prioritization, project coordination with location managers, and ownership of completed work. A valid driver's license, strong handyman skills, physical ability, and the ability to travel between facilities are required; welding and metal fabrication experience are preferred. The position requires working in an industrial environment, outdoors in varying weather, and around heavy equipment.
