Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to own the maintenance ticket queue for retail, cultivation, and manufacturing sites. The role triages and prioritizes work, performs routine repairs, dispatches licensed trades, manages vendors and preventive maintenance, supports cultivation and manufacturing environmental systems, and collaborates with construction on builds and punch-list closeouts. Candidates need at least three years of relevant facilities, building, property, or skilled-trade experience, commercial building-system knowledge, hands-on repair ability, contractor-management experience, a valid Minnesota driver's license, and reliable transportation. The position pays $85,000 annually and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k), paid leave, and mileage reimbursement.
