Description
Thea Energy is hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair physical infrastructure, including plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting, HVAC, building automation, laboratory utilities, and minor structural modifications. The role also coordinates external contractors, conducts safety walkthroughs, manages maintenance inventory, responds to facility emergencies, and supports OSHA and local building-code compliance. Candidates should have at least three years of commercial facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work in a facility with industrial hazards; cryogenic and high-vacuum experience is a bonus. The position pays $26 to $34 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, equity stock options, and 20 days of paid time off.
