FCP Euro is hiring a full-time Facilities and Maintenance Technician Level 1 for its Mesa, Arizona fulfillment center. The role reports to the Facilities & Maintenance Assistant Manager and performs preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on conveyance, sortation, print-and-apply, fluid power, racking, and powered industrial truck systems, while also handling facility repairs, vendor coordination, ticketing, and maintenance-area upkeep. Applicants need 1–2 years of hands-on mechanical, machine-shop, or automotive repair experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to use hand tools, power tools, digital multimeters, and digital maintenance tools. The position pays $24.00 or more per hour, offers a quarterly performance bonus, and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, paid time off, sick leave, and retirement benefits.
