Roadrunner Venture Studios is hiring a Facility Manager to serve as the operational concierge for the Roadrunner Quantum Lab in New Mexico. The role oversees daily facility operations, maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, tenant onboarding and support, safety and compliance, access control, budgets, and event logistics. The manager identifies issues, engages specialized vendors, tracks work through completion, and ensures a seamless experience for tenants, visitors, researchers, and partners without performing specialized trade work.
