Bucks County Estate Traders is hiring a full-time Facilities & Property Maintenance Technician in Hatfield, Pennsylvania to maintain and repair commercial buildings, warehouses, and residential rental properties. The role includes carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, door and fixture work, preventative inspections, tenant turnover preparation, seasonal exterior maintenance, contractor coordination, documentation, and professional site representation. Candidates need at least five years of relevant maintenance, facilities, construction, or property management experience, along with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall knowledge; a valid driver’s license; and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work safely from ladders.
