Description
Northwood is hiring a Workplace Operations Associate to keep manufacturing and workplace spaces organized and functional. The role responds to facility requests, troubleshoots routine issues, coordinates repairs and service providers, tracks maintenance and work orders, supports production, machine-shop, inventory, and office operations, and helps improve facility processes. Candidates need at least two years of facilities or workplace-operations experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with maintenance coordination; manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, or equipment-intensive experience is preferred.
