Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician II maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs automated material-handling and facility equipment in a distribution center. The role covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of conveyor systems, AutoStore ASRS, sortation systems, scales, printers, motors, drives, sensors, and auxiliary equipment; electrical and mechanical diagnostics; CMMS documentation; coordination of outside contractors; and training of Tech I technicians. Candidates need strong troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, controls, and building-maintenance skills, PLC/VFD and ASRS experience, blueprint interpretation, safety knowledge, and at least five years of relevant automated-conveyor or fulfillment-maintenance experience.
