Chromalloy is hiring a Facilities Capital Project Manager in Oldsmar, Florida, to lead facility and infrastructure capital projects from concept through commissioning and operational handoff. The role manages project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, vendors, procurement, and startup activities while coordinating with operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, EHS, and site leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related technical field, plus at least eight years of capital project experience in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, foundry, or heavy production environment. The position is on-site with occasional travel and may require work outside regularly scheduled hours.
