Russell Tobin is hiring an experienced Facilities Coordinator for an onsite role at its San Francisco headquarters. The six-month W2 contract pays $70–$80 per hour and includes some overtime and weekend work during office moves. The role manages vendors, responds to facilities requests, troubleshoots building systems, performs minor repairs, supports emergency response and compliance, owns the HVAC program, and leads office moves, restacks, reconfigurations, workstation setups, and documentation. Candidates need at least four years of facilities, facilities operations, or building operations experience, knowledge of HVAC and other building systems, vendor-supervision experience, and the ability to work onsite in San Francisco.
