Description
The Facility Coordinator plans and coordinates preventive, corrective, and calibration maintenance for USWM Navy Yard building and equipment, manages CMMS records and spare parts inventory, and processes Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs in a GMP environment. The role requires coordination with vendors and equipment owners, timely documentation, service-agreement tracking, and compliance with cGMP guidelines. Candidates need a BS/BA or equivalent post-secondary education in a technical or scientific field, at least three years of GMP clean-room equipment maintenance and calibration experience, and familiarity with Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
