Description
The Facilities Coordinator leads and develops a maintenance team, manages external contractors and technical projects, and provides reactive and proactive maintenance for equipment and facilities infrastructure in a fulfillment center. The role oversees asset performance, safety and statutory compliance, vendor annual maintenance contracts, staff planning and training, and customer-facing trouble-ticketing. It requires knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and controls systems; facility maintenance and management systems; and a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or an engineering diploma in a related field. The position offers a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, with a preferred minimum of three years of similar experience.
