Interactive Brokers Group is hiring a Facilities Coordinator – Technical to manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, monitoring, and reliability of office technical systems and critical infrastructure. The role covers electrical, HVAC, UPS, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, building management systems, critical rooms, preventive maintenance, technical inspections, reporting, vendor coordination, and collaboration with IT, Security, Building Management, Project Teams, and Workplace Operations. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 3–5 years of corporate facilities management or technical operations experience are required.
