Description
The Custodial Supervisor directs custodial crews and janitors performing cleaning and maintenance work across buildings, stores, warehouses, offices, and other facilities. Responsibilities include scheduling work, preparing assignments and cost-accounting documentation, inspecting work and equipment, managing supplies and procurement, coordinating staffing and performance, enforcing safety and EEO policies, and supporting hiring, transfers, promotions, discipline, and grievances. The role requires either three years of general custodial experience or an equivalent combination of academic study and experience.
