Heartspring is hiring a full-time Facilities Deep Cleaning Technician to perform detailed, hands-on deep cleaning across its campus and residential group homes. The role includes floor care, power washing, bathroom and kitchen disinfection, detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas, seasonal and special projects, and safe operation of commercial cleaning equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, floor-care, or facilities experience, and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
