Yancey Bros. Co. is hiring a Facilities Development Project Manager to support the Facilities Director in delivering renovation and new-build capital improvement projects across Georgia and other strategic locations. The role coordinates architects, contractors, consultants, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal stakeholders; manages project timelines, budgets, change orders, pricing, permits, payments, closeout, and project documentation; and supports value engineering and safety programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong project-management and financial and operational skills, a Georgia class C driver’s license, and the ability to work in shop and outdoor work-site conditions.
