Description
Pilgrim is hiring a Facilities Director to own the operation and physical build-out of its facilities, including renovations, manufacturing build-outs, equipment moves, production layouts, utilities, and technical-space readiness. The role manages vendors and contractors, purchasing, inventory, safety, compliance, hazardous materials, OSHA requirements, building codes, and physical-security systems while supporting engineers, scientists, and manufacturing teams. Candidates need experience with laboratories, machine shops, or manufacturing facilities, facility build-outs, procurement, and safety and compliance systems; physical-security or security-clearance experience is preferred.
