Description
Evergen is hiring a full-time Biotech Manufacturing Engineer in Alachua, Florida to support the maintenance and improvement of critical engineering systems in a biotechnology manufacturing plant. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, preparing engineering drawings and specifications, supporting project design and regulatory requirements, evaluating project feasibility, analyzing workflows and equipment layouts, and collaborating with stakeholders. The position requires 4–6 years of experience in project management, critical engineering systems, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field is preferred but may be substituted by experience. The role is onsite in an office environment and includes an annual CIP bonus opportunity of up to $8,000.
