Description

Halo Industries is hiring for a hands-on facilities engineering role responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems. The position covers preventive maintenance, project management for renovations and office reconfigurations, safety and compliance, vendor and contractor management, energy efficiency initiatives, and emergency response. The role requires significant experience in facilities engineering and operations, familiarity with BAS, CMMS, CAD, and BMS, and includes a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent technical education, training, and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role
2+ years of experience managing facilities operations and maintenance staff
Preferred Qualifications: Strong project management and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
CFM, PE, or other relevant certifications preferred
Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
