Description
Toray Performance Materials Corporation is hiring a Facilities Engineer (Industrial) and Maintenance Supervisor to lead and perform hands-on maintenance, facility operations, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and capital and non-capital projects in a manufacturing environment. The role supervises maintenance technicians, coordinates emergency repairs and work orders, manages contractors and maintenance records, supports equipment reliability and safety, and develops maintenance staff. Candidates need an associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 3–5+ years of manufacturing maintenance or facilities engineering experience, and prior experience leading maintenance teams. The position offers a base salary of $83,873–$111,831, potential performance-based bonus, health insurance, and a 401(k).
