Description
Bosch is hiring a Facilities (FCM) Engineer to monitor, supervise, and evaluate contractors performing maintenance, repair, replacement, production equipment installation and moves, and construction activities. The role reviews maintenance and downtime data, KPIs, work requests, contractor performance, safety and quality audits, invoices, and project backlogs; supports equipment repair or replacement projects; and coordinates with production, logistics, and HSE teams. The position requires an engineering or related degree, at least two years supervising skilled trades workers, advanced computer and mathematical skills, and familiarity with industrial facilities systems and safety standards. It is an indefinite U.S. work-authorized position without future sponsorship.
