Description
The Facilities Engineer supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Hunt Forest Products' manufacturing facilities through engineering, project management, reliability, automation, safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement. The role covers equipment and utility reliability, capital projects, PLC and process-control systems, troubleshooting, OSHA and environmental compliance, energy conservation, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least three years of industrial manufacturing engineering experience, with heavy manufacturing, capital-project, automation, and predictive-maintenance experience preferred. The position works in industrial mill environments, may require travel between facilities, and may involve evening, weekend, or shutdown support.
