JERMI is hiring a Facilities Engineer to maintain and operate the technical systems and facilities in its buildings, including lighting, ventilation, sanitary installations, and heating technology. The role involves regular inspections, functional tests, independent repair and maintenance, coordination of external service providers, and documentation of activities while meeting safety, hygiene, and energy-efficiency standards. Applicants need a practical or technical apprenticeship in building services, electrical, sanitary, heating, or a comparable field, professional experience in building and facilities engineering, knowledge of HVAC or ventilation technology, and German language skills equivalent to native proficiency.
