Molex is hiring a Facilities Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to design, develop, and implement industrial facility infrastructure projects. The role covers space planning, building and electromechanical systems, capacity and space-utilization analysis, engineering documentation, CAPEX project management, contractor coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and energy-efficiency improvements. Candidates need industrial facilities project experience, CAPEX and multidisciplinary team experience, HVAC and fire-protection systems knowledge, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to interpret architectural, civil, and electromechanical drawings.
