Molex is hiring a Facilities Engineer (Mechanical) in Kawasan Perindustrian Perai, Penang to lead the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring, optimisation, and continuous improvement of critical mechanical utility systems supporting manufacturing operations. The role covers HVAC, chillers, compressed air, vacuum, exhaust, fire protection, SCADA/BMS monitoring, facility projects, contractor and vendor management, regulatory compliance, energy management, safety, audits, and technical mentoring. Candidates need a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of facilities engineering or industrial utility systems experience.
