L3Harris is hiring a Senior Associate, Facilities Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, working a 10-hour, four-day schedule. The role performs construction project management and plans, designs, and oversees the reconfiguration, construction, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Responsibilities include preparing AutoCAD concept and construction documents, coordinating with architecture and engineering firms, preparing bid sheets and contracts, estimating costs, managing budgets, and overseeing construction and installation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or six years of experience in lieu of a degree.
