Description
The Maintenance Engineer will oversee hotel engineering operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, safety, guest requests, cost control, inventory, and renovations at the TownePlace Suites Kernersville, North Carolina. The role reports to the Facilities Manager or General Manager, requires a high school diploma or related vocational training, at least one year of maintenance experience, heavy lifting ability, fluent English, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. The position may require working any shift, including weekends and holidays.
