R+L Carriers is hiring a Data Center Facilities Engineer in Columbus, Ohio to oversee and monitor data center building operations, including HVAC, electrical, BMS, emergency generators, fire and life safety systems, UPS, and other critical infrastructure. The role manages preventive and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, audits, reporting, documentation, system upgrades, root-cause analysis, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. Candidates need proven experience with mission-critical data center facilities and infrastructure; a bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
