Description
Symbrosia is hiring a Facilities Engineer to own the day-to-day performance and long-term development of its Kona-based cultivation, processing, R&D, and quality facilities. The role provides hands-on maintenance and rapid-response support, leads equipment procurement and commissioning, improves mechanical and utility systems, supports pilot and commercial systems, and collaborates with R&D, Processing, QA, Operations, and Leadership. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on facilities, industrial operations, or trades experience, along with troubleshooting, documentation, and experimental-system experience. The position offers $70,000–$75,000 per year plus health insurance, PTO, retirement matching, parental leave, and other benefits.
