Description
The Facilities and Equipment Manager leads and mentors facilities staff, develops facilities plans, coordinates contractors, and oversees preventive and predictive maintenance for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role also manages operating expenses, continuous improvement, environmental, health, and safety compliance, equipment transfers, energy management, and support for production and top-management priorities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or an equivalent field, at least three years of facilities work in a semiconductor operations environment, and at least two years of facilities engineering, equipment maintenance, or supervisory experience. The position is 100% onsite.
