Description
Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd is seeking an onsite facilities engineering and maintenance leader for a semiconductor manufacturing operation. The role leads and develops facilities staff, plans and manages construction and renovation job orders, directs contractors, establishes preventive and predictive maintenance programs, controls budgets and operating expenses, supports production equipment transfers, improves plant uptime and utility availability, and ensures compliance with environmental, health, safety, energy-management, and company requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or an equivalent field, at least three years of facilities experience in semiconductor operations, and at least two years of facilities engineering or equipment maintenance plus supervisory experience.
