Description
The Facilities Engineer will support the operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems, including electrical, mechanical, ELV, and HVAC systems. The role coordinates preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance; conducts inspections and troubleshooting; monitors system performance and reliability; coordinates supervisors, technicians, and specialist contractors; ensures QHSE and technical-standard compliance; prepares technical reports; and supports technical-team planning and supervision. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, at least three years of facility management experience, experience with similar-sized projects in the GCC, strong knowledge of relevant systems and Qatar standards, and fluency in Arabic and English.
