Sutherland is hiring a Facilities & Property Management Associate to manage day-to-day office facilities, equipment upkeep, maintenance programs, ticketing, site projects, utilities, vendor coordination, and compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer, on-site work at Sutherland Pili CamSur, and knowledge of building construction, electrical and mechanical design, generator and UPS systems, project management, and facilities operations.
