Description
The Facilities Design and Construction Manager plans, designs, and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, alteration, and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and facilities. The role coordinates with architecture and engineering firms, prepares bid sheets and contracts, estimates design costs, and inspects construction progress. It requires 3–7 years of relevant construction, project, or design management experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. The full-time position offers a salary range of $95,900 to $178,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
