The Construction Manager plans, designs, and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, alteration, construction, and installation of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and facilities. The role coordinates with architecture and engineering firms, prepares bid sheets and contracts, estimates design costs, and inspects construction progress. It requires experience managing construction and facilities improvement projects, knowledge of construction practices and building systems, multi-trade construction management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. The position offers a full-time salary range of $95,900 to $178,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
