The Architectural and Interior Design Manager provides architectural and interior design expertise for office rearrangements, alterations, renovations, and new construction across four Connecticut sites. The role manages design consultants, develops permit drawings, provides technical guidance to Sikorsky entities, supports environmental and safety initiatives, and coordinates facilities planning and design activities. Candidates need an associate’s degree or higher in architecture, interior design, or a related field, at least five years of experience overseeing interior renovations and construction projects, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and related software. The position offers a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $219,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
